Will you be using a pack horse?
You'll need gear for: shelter, heat, water & treatments for same, food, first aid, your medications, bad weather clothing, cooking,compass and maps, cell phone(s) and waterproof carrier; and your itinarary should be given to others, including your cell phone make and carrier, where you'll be and when to expect you back, knives, cordage, flashlights/headights, GPS in waterproof carrier, spare batteries.
These items should be carried on your person whenever you're afield.
The lightest weights for these items can usually be found on the internet.
