I'd chuck it and get another bottle, stuffs not super expensive anyway and its better to be safe than sorry.Keep new bottle in the house where there is less temperature changes.

I won't claim to have the experience of Charlie above, and I believe that playing the wind trumps scent control, BUT my experience is that the products work. The first time I used a full scent control routine (no carbon), I was sitting the ground on a pail pushed back into some bushes along a small 1/4 acre opening. A large bodied buck, but with one missing antler walked past me adn began feeding 15 yards in front of me broadside. The winde was swirling slightly and obviously at some piont he got a fix on me. I was wearing full camo an facemask and sitting as still as possible while breathing. He stamped and snorted, then slowly made his way up to me to the point where he was sniffing with his neck outstretched past my knees towards my face. Decided he couldn't solve the puzzle and walked back to where he was feeding and resumed. That buck may have just been a bit of a dullard, but it made a believer out of this guy.

If your garage is not heated I'm guessing it is not kept cool as well. Garages can get really hot in the summer. That may be your biggest concern rather than getting to cold.

It will work as good now as it would have 2 years ago. These types of products are only psychological aids that give some hunters more confidence.
They do not work as advertised.
You are much better off paying attention to wind and thermal current directions to control your scent.
Happy hunting.
