My hernia repair was due to exploratory prev surgery, where nerves damaged to the fun parts.
    So the mesh abraded that.
Frying pan aglow and smacked with a hammer, that's what my buds felt like...........for 3 yrs.
    Lightning storms too.
Was bad first yr, proly same intensity but half the freq 2nd yr. half and half the 3rd...........then a "pop" (scared me) and pain was down 50% immeidatelty, and I was good in a couple months.

Of course, that's when my wife left (another pain gone LOL).

    Too funny.

But when pain is big and constant you do get used to it. Just made me not get out and do much those yrs (I worked many hours of OT in the lab anyway).

But now with this hurting near the mesh, it does have me concerned. Proly gunshy. Its high enough it should not affect the other like before.
Just a hole, nearby........creating some sensations from memory that Id just as soon forget.

I have to play it cool, or risk hernia since abdominal wall has been poked.

    And I don't want another 6 weeks off work/hurtin.
My prev surgery had me back to work in a month, since no lifting.

Current job is all physical, so am out at least 4 weeks. Maybe take some office gig when back for 2.
Or be out for 6 total.
    Who knows?
Just doing whatever my doc says.

Coughing hurts, even when holding abdomen.

Listening to some Trust music kid #1 put on Roku, sitting in chair in front room.
Need to shower and get out and walk a bit.
Schedule all messed up due to no sleep Wed and post opp sleepy time yesterday.
Not allowed to do crap for a couple of days...........and I feel way better.
Been off last week or so, maybe before..........dunno if I was fighting the infection before or what.
But appendix is gone and things not kidding, look visually brighter.

But lapro went in above mesh from old hernia and that area is sore.

No painkillers, they dont work anyway. It aint bad, just ouchy laying down or getting up.

I guess it's like the gear thread, I'd rather have quality over quantity. Spammers, trolls and drive by posts need not apply.
