shouldn;t service men and womens general license be free for life ?

While I want to say "Yes" to this question. I know that the management side and costs need all to pay to play. Its not just abot a license cost..its about what wouldnt happen without everyones dollars to help.

It would be nice but it won't happen because of several reasons. Unfortinuatly.

I am a servicemember and would not mind not having to pay, but I feel to many people would take advantage and ruin it for fellow hunter. A good idea might be allowing service members more oppurtunities on special hunts.

A novel idea however as many of you have said, some government agency would miss the funds. I am retired from the Canadian Forces and now live in Kamloops. In B.C. ex military have "veteran" plates on our vehicles (certain criteria is needed) but we
dont have to pay for parking at the meters which can
actually add up after a while.

I agree with Hilawz and the others. It would be nice but it just doesn't really work for many reasons. Maybe they could get discounted licenses and better hunt opportunities. but as for free... i don't think so.
