A novel idea however as many of you have said, some government agency would miss the funds. I am retired from the Canadian Forces and now live in Kamloops. In B.C. ex military have "veteran" plates on our vehicles (certain criteria is needed) but we
dont have to pay for parking at the meters which can
actually add up after a while.
