Record lows Thanksgiving morning in Upstate New York

Highmarket had the low for the Nation at -26deg F. That is where I snowmobile, Montague and C-vlle, all over the Tug Hill plateau.
I feel sorry for all the deer hunters out that morning. Dangerous cold.

I recall one season ,I left the farm house at 4Am it was -1* got to my stand by dawn it was -5* that was enough to freeze the balls off a brass monkey....Lol
but with my Jo-ny hand warmer's by 7:15 I had my 4pt buck.
