Better than getting blasted in the eye with a baseball like that poor little kid. Remember they are not responsible for giving you a injury. Says so on the ticket that you buy.

Can you picture her face if it were a line-drive baseball or a slap-shot hockey puck ? ??

LMAO, that’s funny the two anti-sports users are dinging again.
Save your dings boys, because college and NFL football seasons are just around the corner. ??
BTW, I do not like to be bullied by two cowards who hide behind their dings.
The site has been sitting stagnant who cares what is being posted as long as it is in good taste.

The purpose of the hot dog cannon sounds like more of a stupid idea in the first place ! It would appear that in order to propel something of even that weight, would cause someone to think of possible consequences of doing so. I can understand putting a disclaimer on tickets regarding injury from foul balls, but how in heck do you protect from litigation from flying hotdogs ?

Rich, it’s the first time there was ever an injury. The Phillies Phanatic been shooting hotdog for years.
In Most cases, shot hotdogs has four set of hands grabbing for them as come down. I guess nobody went after the dog that hit the lady square in the face?

I wonder if that disclaimer on the ticket has ever been contested in court.
It's a little like hanging a sign on your car saying you are not responsible for injury to any pedestrians that you run over.

On the video she said she loves the Phillies and is not taking legal action.
She was probably chatting away with her lady friends not paying attention.

Yes I was watching a show on baseball and they tried to fight it in court but they did not win. Because Of what it's says on the ticket. The only thing they said they might do in the sport is running those nets longer like they do they in Japan. Gary she was paying attention but her arm was hurting and she needed arm surgery so she couldn't move it fast enough.
