What the heck did I do?

Lately, when I try to post an answer, it will show as posted, but later is nowhere to be found. Have I offended someone? Are any other experiencing this problem? No, wait, if you are, you can't answer my question, can you? Life is complicated.

Whenever I type twice, I get a double post. Very embarrassing.
