Lol,Removing. Tarsal glands is part of field dressing process so they don't contaminate the fresh venison,,harvesting the bladder and emptying the urine poured over the tarsal into a bottle isn't rocket science or needs to be messy unless you have had someone else dress your kills, stomack contents offer clues as to what deer are feeding on,maybe you can buy that in a store also, dummy

I just follow the "pet" does around and collect the ground where they just peed. Never fails me.
Now, can I pull your other leg?

Never used tarsals or any other scent since.

As far as fresh urine, you can have it. I'm not going to demean myself harvesting it from the dead deer's bladder. The bottled stuff seems to work fine.
However, I rarely use scents. Instead I watch the wind and set-up accordingly.

I have heard of both good and bad results concerning the use of both. I would think it would more likely be of success on younger bucks but maybe older bucks might be a little more difficult to bring in. Why I think this way I can not truely say, just my thoughts regarding the experience of older bucks I guess.
