    Food, cover, don't spook them.

      On top of what 25-06 said, if you are hunting during the rut try rattling/calling. Make sure you set up according to the wind.

        Food plots or baiting (where legal), and undisturbed cover are the two main ingredients for a good property. You can add water to the list in drier parts of the country.

          It may be illegal to hunt over a mineral site,but you can hunt around it.keep a mineral site year round,the doe will use it and become part of their normal travel.

            I agree with all of them. Food plots are probably best for attracting the deer or baiting. Also, water spots would be good to.
