In WA you have to pass hunters ed and you have to be with an adult until you 14 or 15.

It varies greatly from state to state. Seems back East, you can start hunting big game at 7. Out here in Idaho, I was legal to hunt birds and small game with a licensed adult at age 9, but had to wait until I was 12 to get my hands on a deer tag. I'm sure the regs have probably changed since then, but be very sure you understand them before taking to the field.

In Arkansas, USA you must be atleast 6 years of age to hunt with a licensed adult of 21 yrs., or you may hunt alone after passing your hunters education class after age 6.

That will vary by state. It can depend on hunter ed requirements and also may be younger ages if accompanied by an adult. You will just have to check the state's regulations.
