Have any of you had any luck using a doe estus call? If so, could you please recomend any calling sequences that might help?

I've had success with the original can. One or two bleats with the can has brought in several nice bucks to my stands. Keep the cans in a clean shirt pocket or other container, any dust, bark or grim will ruin the call. Good Luck!!

theres other ways to make soft contact bleats.use your tongue make a sound like your taking a poop.often i;ll take a tree bark and rub on trees/the can works at times but last year i ran a buck off using it. practice.patience and experience will come as each day or site along with time of day and rut makes a difference

I asked a similar question on the message board earlier... before using a call like this, I believe you should have some kind of indication of what the rut activity in your area is like... correct? Or am I way off base here? Can you use these kinds of calls regardless of the time of year, rut activity, etc, etc?

Primos has a line of doe estrus calls. They the can series(theres the can, the long can, etc) I know a few people use those and from what I hear they had success. They great because you just turn it over...no blowing into a call. Look them up, I think it'll be good for you.
