i seem to close my eyes when i pull the trigger on my gun 30/30 need ideals to keep eyes on target

I would also suggest dry firing and practice with a 22 rifle. Good hearing protection will also help. I think basically you've got a flinch but you can overcome it.

practice dry fire,then have a friend either chamber one or not before firing.you also might just try shooting off hand from the hip, sounds like a case of panic from a bad start in weapons firing. try lighter weapons . air guns , .22 cal, don't think too much just shoot
