I am looking for a new place to hang a bowstand on my grandpa's 160 acre lot. We have lots of stands already set up but this will be the first site that I chose. The problem is I can only scout once or twice before bow season opens here in MN. Any tips for scouting with such restrictions??

If u have a food plot or a field deer will typically stay by the edge when they have tender velvet on their rack. Once they shed that they will be back in the forest . Know this if u plan to use a trail cam or just a hunting tact. Best chance of seeing them is around sunrise n sunset. big rubs on the ground have more vists ( most happen in oct when ur bowhunting)never step in a rub or touch the ground.
