Anyone have any good tips for hunting whitetails in West Virginia? I have a relative that owns around 400 acres. I think that I am going to go hunting there this fall. Thank you!

There have been millions of words written on hunting deer and the deer in W.V. are the same as most other places except there is a lot of up and down in that area. How much vertical terrain is there? Are the woods cut over? Is there farmland? Are there specific food/water sources? Stay on your stand all day and hunt the wind. Try to get between feed and bedding areas. Hunt travel routes and natural funnels. Good luck. It's a shame the season isn't longer.
