    If you only want to spend that, then maybe look for a used one. Just remember you only get what you pay for. I would save up and look an Excaliber, I think they have a life time warranty.

      Horton makes several models under $300, but you wont get a scope or a quiver. I have one, and have had it for 10yrs now with only a single pin sight, and a cheap quiver, and have killed several deer with it, and it didn't have any bells or whistles. Excalibers are decent but if your going to spend $500+ on a xbow get one of the newer ones that sling some arrows at amazing speeds with amazing accuracy. My personal opinion is Excalibers are just over promoted for what it is and does.

        I agree with Dcast. You should get a Horton, but if you are willind to spend a little over $300 i would get a red dot scope. I use one to hunt with and it works great.

              Get a Parker
              they are good crossbows, and they can be found as little as $200
              they come with a scope
