A while back you ran an article about weaving a gunsling with para cord. I lost the issue with the article in it. Could you tell me which one it was in or help my look up the article.

I remember the article, but don't know how to help you find it. The only real advantage to making such a sling is having the parachute cord for an emergency situation. I don't think it would make that great a sling, and would probably be slippery on your shoulder. I'll stick with my Claw sling and keep some cordage in my hunting coat pocket.

If you look up paracord rifle sling, it will bring up many options. Other than that i think the best braid would be a double cobra stitch, or running several lateral lines of cord, then crossing those horizontally until you have a full sling. Be warned it will take a lot of paracord to do a sling long enough for a cobra stitch.
