Where is a good place to hunt this late in the season and what is the best time to be out there? I just want a doe but i haven't seen a single deer in the woods for weeks.

Hunt trails that lead from thick bedding areas to crop fields. The deer are going to be hitting the fields hard right now.

there is still a lot of acorns from heavy mast in kentucky,I've been watching deer feed on these from early mornings and over honeysuckle groves.evenings ditto to neuman23

i feel the same way. look for crops or a major food source. also look for areas where deer are starting to yard. alfalfa works good as bait and so does corn. sitting concealed along well-used migration trailc can lead to success as well. sometimes a trail camera can be useful in determining how often the deer will walk by a certian area on a migration trail. good luck and post pics if you kill one

Here in PA you find the thickest stuff you can and set up a drive.

For just a doe probably your best option would be a standing bean plot!!!! If its not already stripped that is!
