Just wanted some opinions; I wear my prescription glasses while hunting, and wonder if the reflection off the lenses will spook a deer if s/he's in the right position/light/etc? Never noticed that it has, but maybe someone else has. I hate wearing contacts, but starting to think I should consider it just for deer hunting...

I wouldn't worry about it. There are many small reflections in the woods naturally which the deer are accustomed to. Shiney leaves, water, dew etc. The more important thing it to avoid movement and be aware of your scent.

Given the right lighting reflections do spook deer & other game. The anti reflection coatings help but do not solve the problem.
Wear a head net or put some dark colored camo make up under your eye behind the lenses plus keep your hat brim low in an effort to keep the sun off your lenses.

Thanks. I was thinking about a head net, too. And I always wear my brim super low.
