      Can we just say killed, harvested makes them sound like a crop.

        I actually prefer harvested to killed. I don't just kill my quarry. I harvest it. I clean it and store the meat for eating. If it happens to have some bone on the head then I put those on the wall to remember him by.

          HawkEye, you make a good argument, but I still dont buy it. Look up harvest or harvested in any dictionary and see what the word means. To me harvested is just a PC term that sounds better to some then killing. I use every part that I can off of the animals I kill, I treat them with respect, but guess what, they are dead and I killed them, not harvested them.

            I'm sure they have been killed/harvested. The next question is, how many of those bucks were living inside a high-fence operation when they were killed/harvested. Lets get back to the time when a yearling was something to be appreciated and revered.
