I am confused. One of the OL magazine said u could ask the experts by doing it this was...another one said you could do it by going to some email and asking them. Which one is it (or is it both). If it is on OL.com/answers, how do I know if it’s someone that doesn’t know much about the subject or if it is a OL expert / someone that knows a lot? For instance, someone might ask what causes the rut and average Joe might say the cold, but a person that knows a lot about the rut will say the photoperiod.

If you come to this website often enough, you'll quickly learn that there are a few guys that really know what they're talking about. Some of us know a lot about things that are regional. I live in Florida--if I tell you something about Moose hunting, you might want to defer to someone that has actually seen a moose and hunted them with something more lethal than a camera. If you want to know about gator hunting, my opinion is probably going to be pretty reliable. Hang out for a while and you'll see that most of the regulars here have valuable knowledge to share--we joke around sometimes but it's usually not hard to tell the difference.
