Is there any reason for coyotes to try & attack humans. The other day on my way to the deer blind I noticed the deer acting a little spooky & before I could get in the blind 2 coyotes charged me. Last night I was standing at the pickup after hunting & heard coyotes off in the distance then they got louder & started screeching & screaming then the whole pack was right there & they weren't afraid of me at all?

BTW, on two different occasions, each coyote dragged a baby in its mouth. one happened in someones front yard and the mother ran out to grab the baby.

Are you from Colorado where they don't allow trapping anymore?? Animals that lose their fear of humans due to non-hunting, feeding/baiting, etc., will likely look at you as a potential prey item.
