Will a late born fawn come into estrus late January the following year,this creating a third rut? I'm watching bucks chase smaller doe at this time and can only surmise these doe are less than full year old.

But by the same token, if late bred does have late fawns that mature later, we would eventually have a year 'round rut.
Again I'm no bi-golly-gist. I don't know.
