I am perfectly fine withe 223 Remington on up in 22 centerfire for deer and antelope.
The 224 Valkyrie, 22-250, 22-250AI, and the 22 Creed have good success rates where it is legal.
I have a 22 Creed XP-100, and would have no qualms killing deer and antelope with it.
Bob Milek killed a good number of mule deer and antelope with his 6mm-223 XP-100 back in the day.
