Try a lot of different ones out of your shotgun and pick the one that patterns best at 30-40 yards. Maybe you'll be lucky and have a gun that likes cheap loads.

Are you loading your own shells or using factory rounds? What guage of shotgun are you using? Steel shot or lead shot? Are the birds you are hunting typically at ranges less than or more than 40 yards? Sorry to respond to your question with more questions but that is where the answer is to be found.
