you didnt do anything wrong i have experinced the same thing.....sometimes they just sence somthing is wrong..... i rarely use dekes unless i set up in a field to where they can see it from a distance ....but other wise i dont use any i rely on my calling to keep them coming in to range as they are still looking for the hen good luck next time!

or they are still in there as i like to call "bachelor groups" in your area
