I recently purchased a Mossberg 835 Turkey Tactical. It throws good patterns but they are all high. I have adjusted the sights as far as they will go. It shoots approx. 12" high at 40 yds. Any suggestions? Or do I have to use "Kentucky Windage"??

Send it back to the manufacturer, something isn't right to be that off!

I had to put a Holosight on my Rem. 11-87 for the same problem. I sent it back to Remington, but they said that "it was within their quality paramaters" and did nothing for it. I'm not happy with it, but it's now my backup gun for turkeys.

i have the same gun i bought in april.the gun shoots high.i called mossberg and they sent me a new 24"barrel.shot it still high little better not much.i think its the tact stock its to high it needs shim down.and does the stock hit your cheek?my does.the gun has a great pattern but high.i will be calling them monday, calling ati thats the company that builds the stock.sims makes a recoil pad for that stock which helps for recoil also a great product.i would call the company and tell them they need to do something guns are not cheap and they need to fix it.
