      The best way to bow hunt turkey is from a ground blind with a decoy. Face the hen decoy towards your ground blind because the gobbler will strut facing and in front of the decoy. When the bird fans its tail, put an arrow up his...

      Be sure to use fixed blade broadheads. Turkeys have a very very small kill zone. Learn where to shoot while the turkey is at different angles.

      Learn to use a mouth call.

      If you decide to graduate to a spot and stalk turkey hunting be very careful. It is very dangerous chasing gobblers.

      I say taking a turkey with a bow is one of the most challanging and satisfying hunts you can experience.
