I have plenty of coyotes were I live, but they never seem to answer my calling. Any advice?

I have plenty of coyotes were I live, but they never seem to answer my calling. Any advice?

usually if you are hunting on a small chunck of land, they will hear you setting up. and most of the time they have been hunted and they know not to go to a call. best bet is to figure out where they are traveling and set up so you can get them when they pass by... just like deer hunting. dont call because that will make them weary and they will be cautious. and just like everyone else said... scent control is a must. have the wind at your face
