I'm looking at putting either a beeper or bell on my beagle to keep track of him while he's in cover but not actively in a race. The beeper obviously has some advantages but he's been trained with an ecollar to come on tone. I'm afraid that the constant beeping will either confuse him or have him grow used to hearing a beep and thus ignoring the ecollars tone as "here". Does anyone have any experience with this issue that they could share?
