I just signed up for private archery lessons for $35 an hour. What should I look for in my instructor to make sure he knows his stuff? Thank you

Ask lots of questions(how long he has been giving lessons, if he hunts/where he hunts, etc.). It may sound dumb, but ask questions that you already know the answer to and see how he answers them.

It may sound simplistic, but if you start to shoot better after a few lessons, he's probably got you on the right track. But if there's no change, it might be a waste of money.
