    I'm looking at getting a drop away rest for my bow.....i have several recommnedations to got a ripcord arrow rest.. i want something accurate, easily adjusted,reliable, and as low maintence as possible....any feed back or other ideas would be appriciated

    Ripcord is a great choice. So is QAD. QAD has a few models to choose from. Some people are having timing problems with really fast bows. Others are not. Go figure. Just follow the instructions exactly and you should have no problems. Dusting with some talcum powder should show you if there is any fletching contact. Just in case, one thing I've done is rotate my fletchings so that one of the 3 vanes points straight up.

      ripcord is great,I also like the vitalgear drop away,look into it better but I shoot 3Ds alot and it hasnt failed me yet,what I like you can open up the, I call it wings,lay your arrow in, it shuts till you pull back and it will hold your arrow till you pull back to shoot.so you can walk around and your arrow wont fall off the rest.
