You should move the sight left. You always follow where the arrow is hitting.

I'll make it simple. "Chase" your arrow. if it is shooting left move the sight left, and vice versa. tha same thing applies for verticle adjustments

The guys are right follow your arrow with your sight pin.

its the same with a pistol with Iron sights.

Yep, JM is right on, a good way to remember it is that you always move the sight in the opposite direction you want the point of impact to move.

Do it this way. Hold up the bow to where you aimed when shot. You then want to move the sight to wherever the arrow went(Since the arrow went to the left you want to move the sight to the left).
