So I'm looking at possibly going on a hunt on a ranch for an exotic sheep like a corsican, mouflan, aoudad or spanish goat. I can't seem to find a good resource to learn about these animals and how to hunt them. Can anyone give me a good website/book/magazine to learn about these exotic ram/goat behaviors and how to hunt them? I always like to learn as much as I can before I go after a game animal.

Go check out texashuntingforum.com. There's plenty of guys on there that can help you out. There are also plenty of outfitters for high and low fence operations that are members, it also makes it easier to shop around a bit. Plus the odd bargain hunt pops up now and again.
