I have a Rem. 870 12 gauge and I put a slug barel on it with a scope mounted on a cantilever mount. My problem is that when shooting through the scope, I can't see through it when my cheek is on the stock. I have to raise my head up and it causes huge variations in my accuracy. Is there something I can do to raise the stock of the gun without changing the stock or screwing holes into it? I don't want to ruin the wood.
