I am in agreement with the rest of the posts here. Your chamber is too short to fit 3 1/2" shells properly. Though it probably won't blow your gun up it will cause barrel damage and likely won't come out of the gun after firing (that's if you can even get it in there). Also depending on the style of gun a pump or an autoloader probably won't cycle your shells anyway. When dealing with firearms please use them as directed to keep yourself and your investment in good working order.
