Ahhhh, tradin guns....a past time that is always expressed in both parties getting what they they think is a good deal. Onyour ruger..the style as in wood stock or stainless gun or heavy barrell can chenage the value. But, on a standard model with blue steel finish and a wood stock and standard open sights..in a trade a average range is from 125-175 dollars. Use the web to search on current prices set on some of the aution and listing sites and remember that its value in a trade is mostly what you and the other party agree it is when you trade. A dealer or pawn shop will give you a third or less of its value.

that would depend on the damage to the gun - scratches , dents , rust, & just hard use- depending on how old it is, id say no more than $200

If it's a bare bones used 10/22 in perfect condition you are probably looking at less than $150 best case but probably closer to $125. You can get a brand new base 10/22 for $200.
