    They're both about the same. I'm partial to the '06, but it really just depends on the rifle and the shooter. Mostly the shooter.

    Like others have said, it depends on the individual rifle and load. I'd give an overall edge to the .30-06.

    Depends more on the individual rifle, but in general I would say the .270.

    A lot of people would instantly say the 30-06. The fact of the matter is either will do the job accuracy wise. Unless you are a competitive shooter the choice is really what and where you are planning to hunt?

    Depends on the gun and the load. Both calibers are easily capable of MOA accuracy.
