I am looking for a rifle with knock down power for coyotes but will be shooting in limited space area. What would you gun people

I like how the guys have been saying the .22-250. Maybe look into the .220 Swift or a .204Ruger as well. .223 is a nice cartridge with plenty of take down and there are so many varieties out there these days for you to choose from.

If limited space means quiet, a .22 mag would be a good choice.
If limited space means you dont want them to run off, .300 win mag or other mag rifle. or a 12 gauge shotgun w buckshot

I agree with JM, "limited space" can mean different things to different people. As far as I'm concerned though, you can't beat the .22-250 or the .243 at any distance.

A 12 ga with buckshot works in limited spaces. Or any of the afore mentioned cartridges.

If by limited space you mean 150 yards or less, you might go with a 30/30 or even a 45/70. If you are shooting at greater then 150 yards I have always liked the 22/250.

Depends what you mean by "limited space." I would say a .223 would probably be the best all around choice.
