I HAVE HEARD FOR ACCURACY TO FLOAT THE BARREL. A DOLLAR BILL SHOULD SLIP BETWEEN THE BARREL AND THE STOCK. I ALSO HEARD TO GLASS BEAD THE STOCK. WHICH IS RIGHT?

Either of these will help accuracy on their own. Both will give you the best results.

Get both of these tasks done at the same time. Have someone do it that has done it before or that can show you how to do it properly or you end up no better off.

I always float the barrel and GLASS BED the stock. This will usually improve accuracy and consistancy.

The action should be glass bedded, not the entire barrel channel. So a glass bedded action, and a free floated barrel, would most likely yield the best result.
