  • Remington filed Chapter 11

Remington filed Chapter 11 which means they will reorganize. They are reducing debt by $650 million and has secured hundreds of millions from banks. Sometimes Companies emerge from Chapter 11 better than they ever were.
If you have a chance look at the video that tours the NEW Marlin manufacturing line at Remington. You will be very very impressed.

Quality will get Quantity. I spend my $$ for a tool to do a job not something I have to repair.

They will be back better than ever. Lots of companies have quality or design issues on new products. Sig is turning out a plastic turd right now. Winchester made a POS in the '70's. Ruger made things that did not work. Winchester was making some junk and going belly upuntil Browning bought them.
Look at the video of the NEW Marlin 336 line, it is absolutely amazing. Can't wait to see some of the new production rifles.
