Do any of you have Cold Steel knives? What do you think of them? Are they as good as they seem? I have their Big Bore Blowgun and really like it. Thanks, Seth

We own an axe made by them. We've beaten the heck out of it(there are a few nicks on the edge of blade but I would blame that on myself). It holds a really good edge after sharpening. I assume they use the same steel for their knives.

I have a Coldsteel Pendleton Lite knife. It is a very good knife for the price.

I own a Cold Steel machete, and it's okay, but I wouldn't say it's exceptionally good.

Yeah they're good knives. They have different grades, and when you pay more you get more. I have several different grades and there's a direct correlation.

I own three of Cold Steel’s fixed blade knives (Trail Master, Recon Scout, and Bushman) two machetes, a Cat Tanto (fixed blade reinforced epoxy), the O-Bokken two medium and one large pepper spray canisters and the Special Forces shovel. Every one of their products has far exceeded my expectations.

The Trail Master is my “go-to” main blade with my K-BAR Marine fighting/utility knife as the fall back tool.

The machetes were used to clear a half acre lot (by me) and are the best over-all designed and produced on the market (I have machetes of three other brands in the pile so it’s not just assumption).

I would not hesitate to recommend the Cold Steel product line.
If I could only justify to my Chief Financial Officer the Marne Cutlass, the Warrior Katana, the boomerang, the Norse Hawk…Jeeze, the list keeps getting longer and longer.
