What type of additive is recommended to be added to gasoline for snowmobiles, ATVs, etc? Also is the additive needed in the gas

    Yup, there are different engines for different devices. 2 cycle / 2 stroke engines need oil mixed in with them, doing that with a 4 cycle will gum it up.

    I think methanol is the preferred additive for a lot of 4 stroke engines.

    Look in the instruction book. All 2 cycle motors need oil added to the fuel at a certain ratio. But if you add oil to a 4 cycle motor, you will screw it up worse than the current Congress wants to screw up your gun rights. Look at the book.
