As long as you don't expect it to work well in low light situations it will do O.K. A lot depends on the quality of the glass and coatings, too. Personally, I'd want a 40mm objective. The only reason to go with the smaller 25mm objective is if weight and size are major considerations.

10by50 would be a better choice you dont want to go cheap.

Good but not best. Get the 8x42, 10x40 or 10x50. The exit pupil for a 10x25 is only 2.5,. the 8x42 is 5.25 and the 10x50 is a 5. The 5's are so much better than the 2.5, better twilight factor and easier on the eyes.
