I purchased a Traditions smokepole a while back very pleased with it.The camo editions are a bit more money.Usually you can save 50- 70 bucks if you forgo camo editions.I am not going to get in a discussion about which brand is better than the other- simply because it would be unfair as I have only had experience with the one purchased.I was looking at their web site about a week ago and there were six different offerings discounted(some by half price) starting at 249.00.Aside from which one to buy;black powder seasons have been a blessing for deer hunters and I enjoy hunting at different times of the autumn because of the different variables in play in the deer's ecosystem and their behavioral changes.
