This is easy for me. The Gallatin National Forest in Montana, and the species would be rainbow and cutthroat trout:

Black marlin at the Great Barrier Reef off Australia. Striped marlin off Ecuador. Pacific sails in the South China Sea.

I would probobly just go right to my faithful bass honey hole alvord lake in troy mt. Best bass fishing and great scenery, it really shows that god knew what he was doing when he made the world.

I had the opportunity to deep sea fish off the Pacific Coast of Costa Rica. We caught some Dorado (Mahi Mahi) and some tuna, but we almost got a big marlin. He was tailing our jigs but never bit. I got so excited but then watched as he slowly disappeared. Every time someone mentions big fish, I remember that time. So... I want to go back and catch a pacific marlin.
Other than that, fly fish for Peacock Bass in the Amazon
