I had the opportunity to deep sea fish off the Pacific Coast of Costa Rica. We caught some Dorado (Mahi Mahi) and some tuna, but we almost got a big marlin. He was tailing our jigs but never bit. I got so excited but then watched as he slowly disappeared. Every time someone mentions big fish, I remember that time. So... I want to go back and catch a pacific marlin.

Other than that, fly fish for Peacock Bass in the Amazon

This is easy for me. The Gallatin National Forest in Montana, and the species would be rainbow and cutthroat trout:

Amazing trout fishing and scenery plus I can camp wherever I want.
