ive been fishig this tournament at a paylake in my home town.were fishin for catfish, ive tried all kind of baits, but none seem to do any good. anyone got suggestions for any bait?

This is gonna sound crazy but it does work. Chicken breast soaked in cherry kool-aid. Don't pre mix the koolaid, just pour the powder in with the chicken and mix then let it soak over night. I cut it in bait size pieces first. (Talcum worms) are awesome (not sure on the spelling) they can be found on (bean trees) in the late spring. I think they are more of a caterpillar than a worm. That's just what they are called around where I live. Good Luck
