      I like the rapella knot. It's an improved fishermans knot and is supposedly 1 of the best topwater knots of all time. I almost always use topwaters because I like to watch the splash when the fish hit, there's nothing quite like the feeling when you see a 6lbs bass grab it and jump with it.
